I love chip city with all of my heart. This is my happy place. I come to relax and enjoy delicious inventive treats. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind and never fails to deliver!

I downloaded the app last fall and thought I was all set up to get the widely marketed free cookie on my birthday. I remember it asking me for my birthday when I created an account. Then on my birthday, I tried to claim the cookie and not only was I not able to get one because I apparently didn’t put my birthday in the “right” place but because I didn’t realize it until my birthday, I can’t get one at all since they require you to sign up two weeks before your birthday. Very disappointed, the birthday cookie was quite literally the only reason I downloaded the app. It’s a poorly designed app and a poorly designed program and yes I’m big mad about this stupid cookie.

This app has just made my life so much easier to get my hands on these warm gooey cookies! Very user friendly.
