Waiting in the store for 10 minutes and the food is the app wasn’t working. I would have been better off standing in line. They have no idea when food will come.

The app experience is fine, and I appreciate that you get money back, but they really need to figure out their in store experience. I placed an order through the app 45 minutes ago, and I’m still waiting for my food in the store. I could have gone through the line twice at this point. Having a strong app experience is worthless if you can’t figure out how to handle the demand in store. I hope Naya corrects this issue on behalf of me and the 15 people I’m standing with at 688 3rd Ave.

What’s more to say? It’s always fresh, delicious, and authentic middle eastern inspired bowls, salads, and wraps. It’s also great value for the money, especially in Manhattan where I get this for lunch frequently. And the app is very useful and easy to use. Try it! You’ll love it!
