I love this place! It has very fresh seasonal food that is both healthy and delicious. The people who service customers are friendly and efficient who don’t dilly dally. When there is a line it moves quickly. The space inside is clean and has both large and small tables. Bathroom is kept clean as well. If I could make a complaint, I would say that once in 50 or so plates the chicken breast can be slightly dry… but it’s very consistent otherwise.

I ordered the other day, and after 1.5 hours the order was marked as delivered. I went outside to look for my food, but it was nowhere to be found. I tried looking through the app for any helpful updates but couldn’t find anything (there’s no map in the app or delivery man phone number). Tried calling the restaurant and thankfully they picked up on the 2nd call. They then proceeded to tell me that the order was there but that they don’t deliver to my address anymore (i.e. an hour - hour and a half after I placed the order) so they can’t deliver it and they cancelled my order (on the app though they marked it as delivered) . The guy on the phone told me he’d give me a refund, but they only gave me a PARTIAL refund for an order THEY cancelled after 1.5 hrs. I contacted support through the app, but no response. I had several mistakes happen with Dig Inn in the past as well. The last order right before this one arrived completely wrong , and a bunch of things I paid for (and some i paid extra for) didn’t arrive with the order .

Dig Inn provides healthy food and a variety of options for vegetables, which I truly appreciate. But they make it difficult to hit their required $15 minimum order for delivery. Typically my order will be just below $15 and I have to add a side that I don't really want that costs five extra dollars. Also some side orders are not available, for example, avocado. Lastly, there's no option to customize certain things as you can easily get if you go into the store. For example, I would love to be able to add a little olive oil and salt to avocado and salmon, but it's not possible. Very frustrating
