It was buggy at first - couldn't pass to download to apple wallet. But works now!

I changed my type of membership this month, and ever since then I have not been able to access the app, even though I followed instructions for a new link and password reset from the staff and on the app. My major complaint is with the corporate office. There is no tech help line, and in fact no way to reach a person for any issue. And in a Catch-22, I can’t even use their contact function to say the app doesn’t recognize my email, because … their contact interface doesn’t recognize it either. (I’ve been entering my phone number each day to access the gym, so my membership is recognized on a local level. )

The new app is so bad. Not built with user in mind / what users use the app for. I don’t really get how this one is better than the old one…it is significantly worse and super buggy. Had a random notification stuck on my Lock Screen I couldn’t get rid of that I was near a location. Also, the pictures they show in the App Store is not what I see in the live app at all. Super confused on what I’m supposed to be seeing. I’ve already had issues with NYSC and honestly this new app might be the final straw that makes me cancel my membership.
