So you created an app with like a bunch of good things like viewing my ID, customer service, finding a doctor and even human resources with a lot of info I barely use, and that’s awesome, but I can’t use the app to pay my bill every month? What’s the point? When I go to the site on my phone to pay, I go through 4 different windows your site opens up to me until I can get to the pay my bill option (and sometimes that doesn’t work either - tells me to come back at later time smh). It’s a basic! Not sure why you made it so complicated to pay you. Don’t you want money right away? Please add this feature to the app and make our life easier! Thank you!

I selected Healthfirst for my children’s insurance through the NY State of Health Marketplace, influenced by positive reviews. However, I was disappointed to discover that the Healthfirst NY Mobile App does not support managing Child Health Plus accounts for minors unless the parent is also a Healthfirst member. This limitation hinders my ability to oversee my children’s healthcare conveniently. While the app offers useful features for members, it falls short in accommodating families like mine. I urge Healthfirst to consider enhancing the app to allow parents to manage their children’s accounts, regardless of their own membership status.
