Madhouse Dance

I love the content Madhouse has put on their online offerings. I’ve only ever done Spicy Dance Cardio (don’t have knee pads or heels for anything else 😆) It is always fun, accessible and gets my heart rate going and my self image more positive. It’s worth it - the time the cost the effort. I always feel great afterward.

I love the variety of classes offered on the Madhouse Dance app and that different instructors present different courses. The classes are easy to follow, fun even when repeated, and have modern pop and hip hop music. I got the annual membership and definitely feel it was worth the money. I use the app for two cardio classes a week either at home or in my studio space and love that it can be modified for even my small living room. If you don’t have access to a studio or want a fun exercise program and enjoy dance, I highly recommend this app!

I have gone to a few in person classes and love them but was sad that I couldn’t go regularly because I don’t live in San Diego. This app has made it so I can! I love to throw a workout on my tv and get into it. Liv has so much energy and you can tell she loves to make others feel sexy while getting their sweat on. I love the app!
