I love Dancing but sometimes I’m shy. This app gives me the intensity I look for without the eyes

I’m not always able to make it to classes in person and wanted to be able to practice on my own time from instructors and choreographers I really liked. I only used this app once but tried a couple different videos and honestly just really didn’t like the way it was set up. It wasn’t easy to follow along or learn. The way the videos are set up it wasn’t easy to go back and do things again and I kept having to toggle between videos to hear the music which just made the whole learning process choppy. I find free YouTube videos all the time that are way better formatted and taught than this. Then I forgot I even had the app and just went back to YouTube for follow alongs. Months later I realized I was still being charged because I saw I had a charge just go through. I emailed them to ask for a refund just for that month and told them I hadn’t used the app in months but they wouldn’t refund me. It was a waste just for that first month and I should have cancelled it right then but the fact that I paid for 7 months and they wouldn’t refund me even for one 👎 I would have be willing to sign up again at some point if they had changed the formatting of classes and videos but now I definitely won’t.
