I started taking 305 classes online in March 2020 and I've been hooked ever since. I've never been one for dance classes or group fitness in general but the positive, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere created by 305 made it easy to fall in love with these workouts. You don't get the diet talk or weight loss as the only goal nonsense here. It's all about getting moving, getting stronger and appreciating your body for what it can do now. But the workouts are still intense—cardio, toning, choreo, the works. And the beauty of 305 At Home is getting the studio experience from anywhere! Classes are all on-demand and downloadable so you can do classes on your time, at your pace and anywhere in the world. I also love that I'm constantly discovering new music through 305's dedication to indie and up-and-coming artists. The instructors are incredible, and the variety of classes available (cardio, strength, stretching, prenatal and more) means this could be your one and only fitness app. I may never go back to the gym again.

I’m not fortunate enough to have a 305 Fitness studio in my hometown, but I LOVED the classes I would take when I would travel to DC (pre-pandemic). Nothing here at home ever matched the ultra-hyped positive dance fitness experience of a live DJ and a positive instructor welcoming you and pushing you to be your best in those 45 minutes. Until this app! 305 At Home has been my lighthouse during this pandemic. Yes because of the workouts, yes because of the DJ, but also yes because of every instructor’s vocabulary and message in class that we do this for ourselves - because movement brings joy and power and hope; because we are worth it the mental and emotional and physical wellness that it brings; because we are 🔥🔥! I hope this app continues to endure long after the pandemic restrictions are lifted and boutique studios open up again. It’s provided me ACCESS to a true love! 💃

As someone whose pre-COVID workout routine was heavily class-focused, it’s been hard to find a digital alternative that mimicked the energy, fun, and challenge of an in-person workout class. After one 305 class, I was hooked. You will leave classes truly feeling sexy despite being drenched with sweat. The instructors cue perfectly, build in time for stretching and water breaks, and focus on a specific tone area each class, which maps to the quality I expect from in-person fitness. It feels like I’m in a studio every time, despite being in my basement or my bedroom. Thank you 305 team for bringing this format to life with your vibes!!
