I’ve been trying back and forth for 2 months to get into my old account and after I finally got a response the support team ghosted me after I had made many attempts to contact them mind you. I’ve reached out on instagram, TikTok, they have an issue report ticket I filled out on the website nothing from that. I need the app to be able to schedule food to be made by a certain time. When I work we only get 20-30 min breaks and I don’t have time to wait for them to make it then eat. This is very frustrating how the customer service has been. There are no options to talk to a person on the phone. It’s only emails back and forth with as I said me being ghosted by their “support team”.

I have tried several times to order on the app and it keeps saying my payment failed. I have tried different cards and even deleted and reinstalled the app and it still didn’t work. My daughter also downloaded it to see if it would work on her phone and it didn’t either. I reached out to support and never heard back. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Everbowl in Southlake is my place for a fantastic Açaí - or multiple flavored bowls that they make. Fast friendly service - Reagan is a outstanding employee! I use the app to order. It is very easy to use and I just walk in and out with my order. I love the açaí whateverbowls I add my favorite items. Always fresh and delicious. I thought I would never find a place as good as California and their bowls but Everbowl goes above and beyond !
