I personally would give it a 5 stars if I could order my chicken fries with the option of extra chicken. I got to the store and they told me that they couldn’t add extra chicken I had already paid because the payment is through the app and they can’t add it afterwards even though I asked for it in the special instructions and I said I’ll pay when I get there. But they couldn’t do that. 😔

Placed an app order which said my food would be ready at 8:42pm I arrived to the El Cajon location on second st at 8:33pm. The lobby had people waiting who placed their orders mostly in person. I hade been sitting there now for 10mins. My order said it was still in progress. NO ONE at the counter acknowledged me AT ALL to ask me if I needed help or if I was waiting for an order. When someone finally did ask me if I had placed an order it was already 11 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. Mind you the app said it was still in process and no one ever called out my name. Come to find out my food had been ready for and just sitting there. There was a girl who walked up to the front, guess noticed I had been sitting there a while and asked me if I had placed and order or needed to order. I told her I placed an order on the app and it said it was supposed to be ready at a certain time but showed still in process. She asked me what my name was and found my order. Then tells me she would refund my order for the inconvenience, but after the store was closed and I would get a call that the refund had been issued. May take a few days for processing by my credit card company. No call. Not sure the refund was actually processed. Poor experience!!! Plus my chicken strips were pretty dry. I know I asked for dry, meaning no sauce, but these were over cooked or maybe just sitting there longer than 5 minutes…the other two working the counter were useless. Neither person treated me or spoke to me. I work in customer service and let me tell you if that was anyone of my workers, this would not have happened. You are the front line for your employer and a representative of that company. Do better!

Last time I ordered through the app I tried to redeem points to for a drink. Was unable to see redeemed reward once placing order. Tried again to redeem points for a drink but still could not see reward when order was placed. I ended up cashing in more points that I wanted because I thought the first time didn’t go through but I noticed my point balance went down as if I redeemed a drink twice. I never saw the reward in the app, after I cashed out my points for it. I asked the employee at the store and they hooked me up with a free drink and could not figure out why I couldn’t see my reward after cashing in my points. Today I went to place a new order and while cashing out I could see my reward of 2 free drinks. I tried to select it to redeem but it did not show up as part of my order when I went to the next screen to select payment method. I have not gone to pick up my order yet so I’m not sure if it will show that I want to redeem a drink reward and if it came off my list of available rewards. This makes it very confusing and hard to redeem the points I have earned. Other that this, I have had no other issue with this app.
