Nekter Juice Bar

I can’t find the free 16 oz drink, offered for new members that download their app. It gave me the option for a free 16oz drink, if I downloaded the app. So I downloaded it. But once in the app, it doesn’t register anywhere and I explored the entire app… I go to Nekter often, it is a huge part of my diet now. But it never occurred to me to download the app, because it was never brought up, I didn’t even know there was one. I downloaded for the 16oz drink but it doesn’t show up in the app anywhere. I did send an email on Facebook and I’m checking to see when they reply. I do plan on using the Nekter app consistently since I go there 4-5 times a week. I can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent, especially considering I usually order the protein powder bowl with a drink each time, so it adds up very quickly especially 4 to 5 times a week. I would’ve been benefiting from the app the entire time, and I’m pretty sure I spent close to $600 there already. So I am kind of bummed about that.

Holy Toledo there are SO many issues with this app. First, you get to the screen where you select delivery or pickup. I chose my address and when I clicked make payment to proceed to the screen where you enter your payment details it says “the delivery fee may have been changed, please reconfirm the update”. I click ok there’s no other options. I tried again and even went back to step one and still the issue happened. I tried doing it with pickup for “asap” and it said “you must choose a time for your pickup” As if it’s not annoying enough that I don’t even have the option to have it delivered, I finally get passed that awful pop up message by choosing a time 50 minutes from now and then when I get to checkout I try to split the payment between two gift cards (one of them had enough to pay for the order 3x over) I’ve had one with $5.xx left on it for months so I was trying to use that up and use the other card to cover the rest. No matter what I do it will not make the payment. I had to only select the giftcard with enough to cover the whole thing. Please hire some web developers that know how to create test suites because this is not the first time there has been major issues with your app. In addition; customer service is also terrible. I reached out 6 months ago because neither the app or website was allowing me to purchase a giftcard; got the confirmation email that they would respond soon; I literally never got a response to this day. I reached out over a month ago again about a different issue (my delivery order was missing an item I paid for), after 3 weeks I hadn’t heard back so I emailed again and they answered a few days later saying someone would be with me soon, and still NOTHING.

The app does work if you allow the appropriate time. 20 minutes before you need your purchase is pretty reasonable. I love Nekter, it is my wake up just about everyday...👍😊 also the APP works for each final transaction. If you order 10 drinks and expect 10 credits it’s not going to happen. You would need to purchase separately. You can use the app and complete one transaction after another. I saw a review prior that said their not cheep, I beg to differ if you check out competitors around. The are priced right so everyone can enjoy a healthy juice, smoothie & skoop.
