The newest version of the app is great! Not only does it look better visually, but it functions much better. Order ahead works well and it can track my location more accurately. Love it! 💛

This new app is NOT an improvement over the previous app. More steps to order your drink and then it does not save previous orders so every time you have to go through all the steps again. The old version would update on the progress of your order, so you knew when it was ready. Now it gives you an estimated time which is almost always wrong. Twice I have placed an order & was given an estimate of 20+minutes, in both cases my drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Luckily, I checked otherwise my drink would have been sitting for over 10 minutes. You can sign up for text/email updates, but then you are agreeing to get promos as well. So much more convenient to get the update in the app

I love La La Land and what it represents. The coffee is good and the service is relatively quick. My issue is the rewards system. I know that it is new, but often times the servers don’t even ask if I would like to earn any rewards. Additionally, the rewards system is complicated to use for both customers and workers. Paying via app also needs some work to seamlessly improve the customer experience versus creating a headache/ holding up the line for those trying to utilize it.
