Visited Panchero's tonight and was delighted with the food. The chicken burrito was enormous. There is no way this could be eaten in one sitting! The chicken is tender and has a delicious marinade flavor. The rice and pinto beans were seasoned perfectly, and the flour shell was so soft and yummy! I also ordered chips and guacamole. I was a little disappointed in how small the serving of blue corn chips was. They come in a little probably 5x7 inch bag. The guacamole was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back! The prices are great. All of this food, which will last at least 2 meals, came to around $14. I will be going back soon!
Why is it that if your having a problem with an app that provides foods/services, the company always thinks the answer is to throw free stuff at you? Well Pancheros falls into this category now. For some reason it’s not accepting my debit card, my husbands debit card or even one of my credit cards. I emailed their support to get this resolved and instead of resolving the issue, they give me free food (which doesn’t work because I can’t even get the app to accept my payment, so makes a lot of sense). I will also say we’ve tried logging onto their website and it’s doing the same thing. We’ve tried different IP addresses (husband tried putting it through while he was at work). So it’s a glitch in their system and they just can’t figure out how to fix it. Their only solution is uninstall and reinstall the app. Which again didn’t fix it. You’d think with all the advancements in technology that they could figure something out. Oh well….there is a Chipotle near me, guess they’ll want my business.
Many reasons I like to eat here. I jump around from diet to diet trying to figure out what works for me and they have different options that worked with most diets I have. (Tofu instead of meat or a salad instead of a burrito if your low carb). They also have different drink options like bottled water/ flavored water if you don’t want soda. I use to work at my local one for a short time and the staff is friendly and the environment is fun and inclusive. For friends who haven’t tried this yet I always tell them it’s like a Mexican food version of subway and all of my friends have really enjoyed the food when I brought them here. Lastly the rewards are great definitely makes it even more worth it to come back. 5 starts all around.
