Maintenance and general questions at tip of your fingers without having to talk to anyone is my fav. Super user friendly
It’s nice to have an app. But the prices for rents are often incorrect. Surprise letters on doors are common. When making a maintenance request if a tenant wants to change our edit the request there is no way to open the request and change it.
