This app is really poorly designed. I thought I was getting phished, and went back to the city’s site to make sure they were serious, and if there was another way to pay online other than this. Hope my credit card info isn’t stolen using it, because if the app looks the way it does, I’m really worried what’s ‘under the hood.’

First, the app displayed error messages saying my debit card wasn’t working. I carefully re-entered my card info multiple times and kept getting the same message. Eventually I went back square one to where you enter your ticket #, and re-entered that. It said I owed $0. So I checked with my bank account and it indicated I HAD been charged - TWICE! This app has a help-support option that just allows you to send them an email. I have sent two emails this way to them. So far no response. Not even a standard automated “we’ve received your message.” Also, no email confirmation of two payments or even a confirmation that I’ve registered with the app.
There is no phone number listed on this app or any other way to contact them other than what I’ve described above. No other recourse whatsoever to address this.

Im so happy I didn’t have to call in to paid my parking ticket it was the easiest apt download the app a few question add Credit card to paid the ticket and add email and all together it took like 5 minutes where was you at? I’m so happy I have an easy way to paid my tickets hopefully no more but you never know living in the city and sed me my confirmation on my email thank you
