I hadn’t lived in an apartment complex, nor used a public laundry in a while. Considering my area of living I was surprised to see how convenient it is to not have to carry cash. The app allows you to set up an account and add form of payment from apple wallet, debit and of course you still may use coins at the location. The dryers work great, I don’t have to add more nor overheat my laundry. The dryer timer at my complex is spot on, the washers are unfortunately 25 mins behind. The negative for me, not being able to reach out to customer service and knowing my issues would be addressed or seen. Today, I tried to update my phone number and I created a new account subsequently. The help section was not helpful. I tried 2 log in with my email and I’m assuming another new account. I tried to log in my old account with my new number that I figured how to change and my new account populated which I expected. I had to unfortunately, add money to the new account after to complete my laundry. We have a washer down and dryer on its way to being down to. People have no respect nor care about property that belongs to others. 4 washers in a complex & lack of home training will ruin good products. I hope to retrieve my funds and accounts merged or deleted after monies have been placed

Overall a good app. The My Laundry section has been having issues, though. When I start a wash load, it immediately tells me my load is done and that I should remove my clothes - even before I’ve had a chance to start the machine. Then once I’ve actually started the load, the app tells me I don’t have any machines running. I know that I had this working in the past (I remember seeing the timer telling me the time remaining on my load), but can’t seem to get it now. Perhaps there is a particular sequence of actions I need to use in the app and on the machine, but if so it’s not obvious. I used to load everything up before touching the app; this time I tried selecting the machine via the app before loading it, but that did not make a difference. By the way, a suggestion: when you do show a timer, you should also have an alarm to tell me when the wash is finished. Your timer is not that helpful if I still need to set my own. This is a residential apartment complex communal laundry room so I’m not hanging out nearby while the machine is running.

My apartment complex has been using this app for approximately two years now - give or take. And while it’s great not having to worry about getting and carrying around loads of quarters it has taken money for loads of laundry I never got to clean. Just be aware that if there is a technical issues to the washer or dryer like the washer would drain or the dryer didn’t actually dry your clothes (different occasions) then the complex will say you have to reach out to the app for the refund because they can’t issue it but the app will refuse the refund because it wasn’t an app error. In addition, the app just now charged me 3x for the same washing machine because the app got stuck in “processing” when scanning, paying, the starting the machine. I put in a request for that but the only option it lets me choose is the machine won’t start and for only one charge at a time, and you can only have one service request at a time - so whether they refund me the two over charges remains to be seen. This app has essential charged me 5-6 loads of laundry now that I never got to use. Two of which I may still get back, just not today. The idea of this app is a nice but it’s like they didn’t factor in the moments and reasons it wouldn’t work so the customers who actually use it can’t easily reach out to immediately get a correction as immediately as they take your money - even for a service you don’t receive.
