This App formerly received a 5 star rating from me. In the last week, though, the updated version Is extremely frustrating. Anytime I move away from the app, it logs me out and presents the log in screen again. Also, it doesn’t save my place where I was shopping. So often times I have chosen filters or been through several pages of items, to come back and find out that I have to start over. This formerly was not the case. I’m extremely frustrated with these updates, and I will likely shop less on this app because of it. I already endure more emails than should be sent by one store because I enjoy shopping the store. If this continues to be this frustrating, I’ll find other places to shop.

I purchase on this site pretty regularly. I like the brands and the products, and there really isn’t any stores in my area with comparable merchandise. I loved the store in my former state so now I have no choice but to shop the on the app. The app is fine, slow, but fine. However, I ALWAYS have issues with checkout. I prefer to do all my online purchases via PayPal however every single time, I get a notification that my payment method isn’t supported, even though there’s an option on checkout for PayPal. So, I default to using my credit card. I have input the credit card number soooo many times and have saved it to my profile . However, when I select the payment option (which shows my credit card information), it states “the option you selected is not valid” !! I have to put “add credit card “ every single purchase. It is the exact same card and then it goes through! The exact same card is listed at least five or six times on my payment information yet every time I click on any of them, it states “the option you selected is not valid” ! This is so irritating to me! I have to then find my pocketbook, dig out my card and yet again, add it! Quite frankly, sometimes I am just over it and opt to just not make my purchase! Please fix this!!! It makes for an unenjoyable experience!

This app is, by far, the worst one I have ever used. Ever. And there isn’t even a close second. It is slower than you’ll think of when you read me writing about how slow it is. It sometimes literally times all the way out it’s so slow. Sometimes it adds extra quantities in my cart so I always have to be super careful. The functionality is also super wonky. Like when you click on one of the items in your cart to check into it again or remember something about the item, you can’t just go back to where you were. You have to click your cart all over again. And if you’re shopping and try to use the back arrow, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. And sometimes it just works so slowly that you think it didn’t work so you click it again and then you’re all the way back at the Home Screen and have to reenter your entire search and filters all over again. All in all, just a horrible, horrible app. On the upside, their web page is literally just as bad. So you can’t even go there for a better experience. If it weren’t for the amazing styles and prices, I’d delete the app entirely.
