For me this was very easy. I read all the emails from the company and all the paperwork that came with it and followed everything. I was very stressed to do this test but it turned out to be very easy to use and I feel like they have made everything very simple and easy to use. My second test did have a slight hiccup with the connection when trying to upload results but it popped up to retry and then it went through no problem. Thank you for this easy to use app.

The apps is as bad as the reviews show, very surprising developers are very clearly not fixing the concerns of these customers. Did one night of a sleep study, data is stuck uploading at 60% for over an hour. No way for me to restart the upload or move to another screen in the app to verify the data is still intact, you are just at the whim of the clearly frozen app to figure out how to unfreeze itself. All I got was the app telling me to verify my internet connection, which was very much working normally. Resorted to uninstalling the app since there is no user input allowed on the upload screen, attempting to reupload now and it’s frozen again.

Update: Used again 2 months later; still extremely buggy. Have to delete and reinstall app every day just to see report. Equipment also buggy. Really inconvenient and wish my doctor would use a different service. I charged all the things, did the whole test and uploaded the data, all of which was fairly involved and not well explained. Then I uploaded all the data, it looked like it was uploaded, and no sleep report. I tried to reinstall app as instructed and no sleep report. I tried to update the firmware on the pads, already updated. I tried to reupload data; stuck on upload screen. So much expense and effort for a device that seems not to work- not at all ready to be a sanctioned medical device.
