I’ve been using the Luna G3 for about a month now, and overall, I’m really impressed with the system. It’s super quiet, and the standby feature is great — as soon as you start breathing through the hose, the machine senses it and automatically kicks on. That’s a nice touch that makes bedtime simple and smooth. I also appreciate how consistent the pressure feels once it’s running. The therapy has been solid and reliable, and it seems to deliver exactly what it should every night. The only area I’d like to see improved is user control over the settings. There isn’t a lot of flexibility to fine-tune things like ramp time, humidity, or exhalation relief. The menu navigation could also be a bit more intuitive — once you learn it, it’s fine, but it takes a little trial and error to get used to. Overall, the Luna G3 is a quiet, effective, and well-built CPAP that does its job really well. With just a little more user control in future updates, it would be nearly perfect.
