One a week, I scan my data into the QR app. I tried today and lo and behold, I can’t find the app. I search the App Store and find a completely different app name. So I open the app and it asks for my login. I check my password management program and never saw a login under previous companies like Luna Bmc G3 or whatever. I don’t even remember creating an account. I tried resetting under the same email address I used for 20 years. It said it couldn’t find anything. I then created a new account and had no data. I did scan my icode+ QR and luckily I recovered everything I had on my history. As others said the communication was horrible. But at least I was able to recover my data. If I knew this was so difficult, I probably would have went with Remed for my BI-PAP.

The app is most valuable to me as a way to verify that my compliance data is indeed being wirelessly uploaded by the machine. The data itself, which the patient sees, is incredibly lacking. There is no option to view or export any detailed reports for a given night, even though we know the data exists because the physicians get to see it. I’ve never been a fan of “the patients are stupid, so let’s not show them details” approach. This app is designed with exactly that philosophy.

I wish I could give zero stars! My husband has used a CPAP for years and has never had issues with downloading the data on the previous app. We now have to use your app and it doesn’t work. The QR codes are not scanning and we continue to receive errors. We’ve reached out to support on several occasions via email and phone and you’ve been absolutely no help. You continue to take several days to respond, repeat the same steps and it continues to not work. This needs to be addressed quickly as some customers livelihood depends on it. My husband is truck driver and these reports are crucial to him keeping his CDL. We need this issue resolved quickly. Your company needs to work on better communication skills and ways to improve to better help customers.
