Sharp Health Plan - Insurance

I’ve had UHC, Aetna, Kaiser and Sharp Healthplan during my lifetime. Sharp is and has been the best insurance by far, no competition at all whatsoever. From the customer service, the easy referrals, scheduling. Always easy never months out. And the billing has always been correct. When I ask how much something will be they know. I’m not an easy patient I’ve had cancer twice. And the doctors and care I’ve gotten has been amazing. I sell health insurance for a living. Do yourself a favor and join Sharp

I’m not sure what I’m reviewing here, but both are equally horrible. I’m blown away at the incompetence of this company and I have been with many insurance companies in my life. From the quadruple, duplicate letters that I get despite selecting email only, to never being able to login on my computer, but doing so just fine on the app, to not being able to make my first payment online for two months, the list goes on and on. There have been zero positive experiences and we’re only in the third week of January! I had to choose sharp in order to keep my Doctor Who dropped my old medical group.

Hi Rose, My feed back was for the health plan app and not the health care side. I’m not sure what you meant in your reply. ——————- Thankful for the new app! I like being able to see my ID card and my PCP on file. I do wish it was easier to look at benefits. There isn't a search option and they aren’t in alphabetical order. The benefits look like HTML text and are not easy to interpret.
