Chat with Clinician feedback

Having ‘Return’ act as a duplicate submit action is causing double messaging in almost all of my chats. User scenario: 1) typing a message to clinician and making minor edits 2) accidentally bumping return causes an immediate send but still preserves everything written in the text box 3) go to actually press ‘submit’ and realize there is a duplicate submission, usually with only half the message as the first was an accidental send 4) no unsend option or edit (to my knowledge) leaving multiple messages in chat which can cause some confusion UX options for fix: 1) Add a confirmation dialog before actually sending the text, preserving double submit functionality for phones that may need it 2) remove the functionality from ‘return’ and let it add a line break as it is designed to do 3) unsend or edit of message if you don’t want to do 1 or 2 (with possible preservation of original for legal purposes) This is super annoying and such a trivial thing to correct. 👌🏼

Password

For the love of all that’s holy, will you PLEASE add Face ID? Or some recognition of credentials? Or remove the requirement of not reusing past passwords? I have to reset my password constantly because I get kicked out and don’t recall last of the 25 passwords I’ve had to make up because they can’t be reused. Who has patience to go through that process via email?! Especially we folks who have a need for this app in the first place 😅 Killin me. Login aside, 👍

Can’t actually use the graphs (EDITED)

(EDIT): Osmind has made it so the graphs are filterable with time scales with navigation buttons. A finger-scrollable menu would still be easier to use and have more utility; but this addition still solves more largest gripe with the app. I’ve left the original review below. (ORIGINAL): My provider just switched to this as Osmind bought MoodMonitor. I, my ketamine provider, and my psychiatrist have all used the daily Mood Tracker and bi-weekly PHQ tracker provided by MoodMonitor extensively. It was an amazing tool that allowed us to narrow the variables on what treatments were working and which weren’t. All of the old data (about 8 months worth) were successfully rolled over into the Osmind App, so kudos for that. However, the graphs in the app do not work properly. They do not zoom in when prompted (doing either a double tap or the two-finger-drag-outward, neither works) and when it finally does zoom in (after about 10 seconds), it zooms into a random section to an extreme degree and can’t be zoomed out. Since the app does not have a rotate function, I can either see 240ish days spread across my three inch cell phone screen (turns a line graph into a single bar across the screen; not very helpful for spotting lows and highs) or it zooms in so far that there is no single data point even visible. So this app is useless as I won’t be able to use any new data I put in, and I have no need to use any of the other functions the app provides. I will update this once they fix their app.
