Made just a little easier with the ease of use of the app. Only thing that would have helped a little more was an actual person to talk with.
I downloaded the app so I can send my documents filled out everything and still can’t do anything past the pick documents and it’s annoying so I spent over 30 minutes on the phone just to get nowhere and told the app is working fine so I uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it and it’s doing the same thing and I need this done now not in 7-10 days and then another 7-10 days
