So I had to try it for myself.. sure enough… spent precious time entering all the data they asked for to register & then to log in. Just an endless loop taking you from screen to screen to screen, and always ending up at the same place. I see the developers telling us how they fixed all the problems 5 days ago.
Wow…. Now I’m angry about giving my information away to incompetent internet app development people…. Fix it , or delete it. Nobody has this kind of time to waste on a nonfunctional product

From the developers notes, this app was updated “6 days ago”. Clearly, it hasn’t. With the actual website, logging in is quick and painless. This app has asked me to login, while inputting all my personal info multiple times with any info retention. The fact that the person who created/maintains this app gets paid BLOWS my mind. They should be fired and the app should be built from the ground up again. Again, don’t download this app. Use the website until someone decides to read all this negative feedback and do their job.

App appears to be a website working within it rather than a native app. No Face ID option, constant two-factor authentication, and can’t view claim or other documents without a pop up error. Can’t disable pop up blocking within the app, so what’s the point of giving access to documents we can’t view? Really need to produce a better app where the information loads properly. This is essentially just a bookmark for their website.
