Edit: Thanks for fixing this so quickly! Really impressed. This app might be fantastic, who knows, but I can’t access it because after logging in, I’m blocked by an AHM ad for a $10,000 cash boost that won’t let me bypass or dismiss it. I’m on the latest iOS update, and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that doesn’t resolve the issue.
I’ve had multiple providers tell me that my digital card has expired. I received a new physical card and have deleted and re-downloaded the digital card several times, yet it still doesn’t work. I’ve spent a significant amount of time trying to get help through the in-app messaging, which is consistently delayed, and then waited over 15 minutes on hold to speak to someone, only to be transferred and left waiting for a total of 35 minutes before having to hang up. What’s the point of having health insurance if you’re required to pay full price upfront and be reimbursed later? The whole purpose is to only pay the gap with providers in the first place.
AHM is just okay. I like some things roll over. But I wish you could choose what extras you can use in full. Like you can use all for optical in one visit, but for other things where you might only have 1 or 2 visits a year like podiatry you only get $25back. I am not getting even close to my moneys worth in extras. If I could choose to use my podiatry to cover one whole visit then it would more stars. Also for a single cover to add one child is very close to double. But adding a child to a couple cover is only a few bucks extra. I don’t understand why. App is pretty easy to use - but honestly I don’t get to use it a lot. I’d love to use the swimming classes but oh I can’t because it cost too much to add a child.
