I’ve been coming to Our Medical Annerly for some time now & experienced a number of good changes with the app. One of the improvements however has been removed. Previously, you would be notified exactly where you are in the queue, be it 20th or 7th…you would see exactly where you were and updates on progress of movement in queue leading up to your appointment. This function helped (IMO) give clients piece of mind regarding their position and progression & reassurance (calm) while waiting to see their GP. Please bring back the full, up to date notifications of queue placement. It was a good function and I’m sure client anxiety (and need to ask staff of progress) decreased when all information was transparent to the client. Huge thanks. Tanya

I can not recommend Our Medical enough. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The doctor’s are extremely friendly and helpful. And they care about you wellbeing. Even though you have to wait for a while to see a doctor they always say sorry about the wait. But I understand how busy they are because they are not quick to kick you out. They take their time to see their patients in an orderly manner. Thank you so very much Our Medical Team. 🥰

Came to OUR MEDICAL for the first time this morning after my frustration of not being able to see my regular doctor for at least a week yet again and walked into OUR MEDICAL To my surprise there were no cues for reception, you simply download the app and checkin to your choice of doctor. Whilst waiting I went over the app that allows you to register your attendance and put yourself in the cue to see a doctor, book a doctor for future dates, request script refills and reports. It also has a dental centre within its walls. This centre has utilised the best of technology to fast track checking in and servicing its patients. What a breath of fresh air !
