Naf Naf Grill

This place truly has delicious food. That is actually a statement I cannot make about most fast food restaurants. They make so many things fresh right in front of you, and the food is fantastic. I’m a vegetarian, so I only eat the falafel, but have been there with friends who enjoy everything. (If you haven’t tried falafel this is the place to do it.) The food here rivals other sit down Mediterranean restaurants in Cleveland. The staff is super friendly, and positive. Today Devin encouraged me to download the app and I did! Great spot in independence. So much better than the usual haunts people frequent.

I like middle eastern food but it’s usually not my first choice,however, this is quickly becoming my favorite place to grab a bite to eat. The Humus! I LOVE it. To me most humus has a strong flavor but Naf Naf is a very subtle and delicious taste that I live to snack on it especially with the fluffy pitas. Schnitzel by far is my favorite and doesn’t have that heavy oily taste but you can’t go wrong with the shawarma or steak. The staff is super friendly and always greats me with a smile. Stop by and give it a try I think you will like it 😁

I tried using the Naf Naf app 3 years before and it was crap and it is crap till today. No improvement at all. I got a mail that there is a birthday reward for me and I downloaded the app to redeem the reward. Its corona time so I planned to chose curbside pickup by placing order via app. As expected, the app didn’t work and everytime I tried redeeming my reward, I kept getting the error that this reward cannot be redeemed on your order. If you don’t want the customer to redeem his reward, why do you even give them a reward. Such a crap app. I better order naf naf using doordash or grubhub and I get my food delivered. Their own app never works and partner app works perfectly fine. I don’t know what quality of developers you have working on this app but there is a serious issue in the app. Lost my birthday reward because of your junk app.
