Love Colectivo, Not New App

New updated app is a HUGE step backwards. The ‘order again’ option does not retain prior order customizations, it automatically adds a tip (for my order, equates to 30%, so requires me to change), and I no longer get an email for my mobile order so I don’t know when it’s ready. Not to mention they are now charging $.75 to add honey to tea!

The app does not allow you to add funds to your account at checkout. You have to back out to the main page and navigate a series of tabs to add funds. Really annoying and not intuitive.

New app update did not let me check out with Apple Pay. It also made me reset my password. I like the new design, it’s easy to follow and functional. But I hope they fix the Apply Pay bug as that is my preferred way to pay.
