My Burger App

Someone has my phone number signed under their account. When I tried to sign up for the app it said my phone number was linked elsewhere. There is no other way to order if you don't have an alt phone number, and there is also no way to see what account name your number is tied to. I don't write reviews often at all- but this is so frustrating. When I asked for help at an actual store the staff stated they also can't access that, but are aware the app doesn't work well for anyone.

When they send your delivery order to DoorDash and DoorDash cancels the order claiming someone else took it and then they never show up with it, there’s no way to get a refund or anything because MyBurger sends you to DoorDash and DoorDash sends you back to MyBurger, both stating it’s a third-party system and they can’t do anything about it. So last time I paid 30+ dollars for nothing and haven’t been able to get a refund. I used to order from them a lot but after this experience I wouldn’t get delivery again and I’d only ever get food when I’m in person in the area, so…rarely.

Incredibly easy to use, super helpful when ordering for my big fam and wanting to just pick up in store. Some issues early on, but they seem to have sorted those out over time. Loyalty rewards are a nice addition, I just need to start actually using them and saving some cheddar, bahaha.
