The content within the app is 5 stars, the app is okay. I’d like to be able to navigate between workouts and programs and view historical workouts in the app. You have to start a workout to view the exercises and the logging of sets and exercises feels clunky. If you substitute an exercise it pulls the initial exercises sets and weight and you can lose your data unless you manually plug in notes (it should store the values separately). I love the content and have made serious progress after lifting for 12 years only running one of Joe’s programs.

I purchased this program as a gift for my husband who is already very skeptical about online coaches but I painted this one completely different for him and finally convinced him to enter in the one year program. Unfortunately we were NEVER able to even begin. My husband didn’t know how to start and looked to get guidance to figure it out by trying many attempts to get in contact with anyone and no one responded to Instagram messages, emails, IG post comments… etc! We tried all the ways of communication and we got zero acknowledgment. It was very discouraging as one of the qualities I sold the program to my husband was that the coach was a Christian man so he surely will honor his concerns with respect and assistance when he needed—none of that happened. $150 for the program might not be much but it was a fortune when we got zero from it! You kinda feel robbed😔

The app will not load on my phone. I have done multiple programs over the course of the last 2+ years. I use it regularly. Last night the app worked fine, but today when I went to use it, it appears to begin opening but never loads and takes me back to my home screen (iphone) I have made sure the app is updated and have restarted my device. Suggestions? Advice?
