I was absolutely blown away by how much content is on this app, not only the nutrition and training advice is great, but also the knowledge of training enhanced is there as well which is such a taboo topic in the US. If you’re looking for good, honest and legit content, this is the way to go 💯

You will learn more about bodybuilding here then any other platform. JP and the crew go through every detail of bodybuilding you need to know. There’s so much questions that can’t be answered plainly online that professionals like JP answer. Lovin it!
