The app overall is decent but one big issue ruins it. If you want to make your shopping list in advance, forget it. If you make a list, but close the app, it’s gone. I found this out after spending about a half hour picking items and creating a list only to get to the store and finding when I open the app that there is no list. This is aggravating in the extreme! The old version of the app saved your list automatically. Seems like there should be an easy fix for this.
I’m reasonably satisfied with Heinens grocery and delivery. It certainly depends on the shopper. It seems Heinen’s does not pass along choice of delivery spot in case I asked for delivered to the rear door and note that the driveway goes all the way to the back and there’s a place to turn around instead the Heinens drivers stop and deliver it to the front door terrifically inconvenient for them however, the Whole Foods and other grocer delivers always go to the back door so I would urge you to pass it along to your drivers to read the notes first.
Prefer old app better hard to use this one too much to scroll thru, prefer old way with more product listed per page. Also should have a button that takes you back to top of page. Not excited at all about changes. I believe change is good as long as it is better.
