H Ring - HealthLife

I’ve had this ring and app for about 2 weeks now. 3 times now it didn’t track anything for me overnight despite being charged and me wearing it. Not sure how accurate the other tracking is but wish it more helpful like having a temperature reading. I mainly wanted it for the sleep tracking so I hope it doesn’t continue to not track when I sleep.

I think the issue others may be having is the ring needs to be charged to work. I have had the ring go through a charge and not link to the application.

I’ve had the ring/app for less than 24 hours and my sleep cycle was tracked twice, but incorrectly. I also am wearing a smart watch, and the ring has tracked half of the steps. I like the layout of the app, and it seems easy to operate, but the data tracking is disappointing.
