I’ll take 30-40 steps, before the step counter on the ring kicks in, same with the app…ALSO…it doesn’t always read the stats from the Health app, particularly with the Sleep stuff…
UPDATE: Well…the sleep section on the JRing app, actually managed to import the Apple Health sleep stuff over…problem is, IT ONLY WORKED THE ONE TIME! I can’t get it to happen again…I haven’t changed anything…the JRing app, is simply too glitched!

I love the concept and the hardware, but the software has some major ideas that I would love to be integrated. It would also help bring new costumers. Please please please add a customization for the display and the button, allowing us to simply remove other displays, like heart rate, or battery, and only select the ones we want to be able to switch too. Or at least let us lock one option so that the annoying switch does not happen. Another much appreciated feature would be to disable the button entirely, and keep the screen on at all times. The ability to keep the screen on would greatly help.

I have several rings that use jring and does not work. Example: i have the SR08 and to set the time it says to open settings, i do not see it anywhere. There are no instructions to set everything and the app does not guide you nor does it do what it is suppose to. I purposely look for smart ring that does not use it. The ring is beautiful but not worth having or buying if the app doesn’t work. Where is the instructions? Turn ring on: where? Says go to settings and set time, where? Online instructions say: Navigate to Display Settings:
Within the app, find the section related to display settings or screen customization. It does not exists. Please update and help or nobody will buy the ring.
When I try to add the ring device through the app it always says can not find devise. I have an apple but my other ring connects some of the features.
