The ring itself is fairly comfortable and seems to have the hardware to be a solid competitor. The software leaves a lot to be desired though, syncing data has to be done manually and takes forever, sometimes erroring out without any data working.
At first i was excited about the ring but over time it has just become more and more of a chore to open the app just to synchronize information

I honestly can’t believe this company is still in business. Please don’t waste your time or money on any of their products. The ring doesn’t work as it says it will, and is unreliable, often stopping during workouts or while you’re asleep, and can’t give you accurate readings or even wake you with the vibrate alarm feature they market like crazy. The technology is seriously lacking. Then, when you return the product for a refund, as the warranty says you’re able to do for up to a year (trust me, you’ll realize within the first month that it’s not worth it), they’ll ask you to mail the ring back to France (there’s no reimbursement for the shipping, and it’s not cheap to do), you’ll never get the refund, despite customer service saying “they’re doing their best”.
I don’t believe they’ll stay in business much longer, because they can’t even afford to refund me for my Slim Ring I returned to them 8 months ago. It’s a really scammy company with terrible ethical practices. Please continue to research other fitness trackers, because I believe any of them would be better than Circular.

This app is hard to use. Not intuitive and has very limited features. Now the app or the ring is broken and they do not sync up. It just stopped syncing. I disconnected the ring and now cannot reconnect it for months. I contacted the support team. They are responsive but clearly not able to solve the issue and asking me to just wait for no apparent reason. You might want to think twice before buying the ring, if something goes wrong, you might end up like me and not being able to use it for a long while. From the look of it, I’m not sure they will be anle to resolve my issue at all.
Update after the developer response: As I mentioned in my review above. I have already contacted the support team. Almost 2 months now and the issue is not resolved. Still waiting for 2nd level support response.
