Health Ring.

Overall the app is great. I use it daily. I do wish there was a simple way to request app features, but since there isn’t, I’ll just leave it here and see what happens. I would love for the option to switch to a 12hr clock rather than only have a 24hr clock on all of the timestamps that it gives. It seems small, but it would improve the overall experience for me dramatically. They allow you to switch other metrics to your preferred display, but not with the time. Other than that, the app is pretty great and I would recommend.

I am very disappointed with this product. The instructions that came with it….the print is very small but okay I got pass that definitely NOT with the help of a pdf from the web site. You would think that the app would walk you through on how to connect this, but it doesn’t. I am not new to using a Bluetooth device. In settings it says connected (it would be a great deal of help if somewhere the name/number of the device was printed just so you can make sure you have the correct device. Now in t the app it says there’s no device available. They can’t find the device. This is very disappointing and I’ve been sitting here all day trying to connect this that even before that, I’ve been trying to connect this for a number of days. Waste of time as well as waste of money.

Would make this the most useful and insightful app. A notification, audible or a vibration along with a banner or badge really needs to be added for notifying the wearer that the rings battery life is near zero. Maybe once at 10 % and once right before it dies so there is some sort of warning or time frame that you can track of when it STOPS keeping data. I just lost out on two very active and happy days that I was excited to go review the tracked info and what a disappointment when there is nothing tracked at all, and I have no clue when it died or even that the battery was low for that matter. Sometimes life gets so busy that putting the ring on a charger is not first thought because first thought is everything else followed by ..”I wonder how many steps I took, I wonder what my average hrrt or how my sleep cycle went” Please add this simple feature of a push notification first when the battery is low and last as the battery runs out. Otherwise it’s got great information and accuracy is trophy worthy. Thanks
