Our insurance is now through this program. Just tried to do app and it is impossible to even register. You can’t input your birthday except by flipping back through the calendar one month at a time. When you finally get to your year and choose your date it takes you back to square one. I think I already gave myself carpel tunnel trying to set this up. I suppose someone who was born today could do it but otherwise good luck. Does not make me hopeful for what the insurance will actually cover when I finally find a way to access it.
App will redirect you to Aetna when looking for a provider & much of the information is incorrect. Phone numbers are wrong. Addresses are wrong. Specialist will be listed & you call & they don’t even work there. Seems like Gravie is a fairly sub par insurer. If they can’t provide a list of providers then how do I access what I’m paying for?
