The “Call Now” buttons for Member Services and Pre-certification & Case Management do not work.
The Biometric Authentication does not work either.

I have been on this insurance for 3 months now and have been through the same cycle trying to find care. I call 5 numbers and NONE of them are accurate. Get discouraged and give up then a few weeks later do it all over again. Call the member care hotline and they can’t do anything. Listed as a PCP? Surprise, it’s a pediatric cardiologist. Looking for a psychiatrist? Oops it’s the ER. This is so depressing I just want to be able to find care.

First time using app after getting new health insurance. Every time you look for something and want to go back to your previous page it sends you to your medical ID cards. So you have to clear the app. Sign into your account again and start all over. Very frustrating 😢
