This app is not useful. It’s impossible to access claims. My employer was trying this company out but all of the staff is encouraging them to switch back to BCBS. Angle drags claims out, it’s impossible to reach anyone and when you do they direct you that you have to call someone else. All of my drs admins are fed up with dealing with them. One dr says it’s so bad they are considering not accepting Angle anymore. Add to that the the app doesn’t work and it’s just a headache. Starting to think this may be a scam.

Could be better

I like the idea of the chat option, but I sent my message request 8 hours ago and have received no response. Clicking on ‘Sessions’ shows me my chat session is active, but has a never-ending loading icon at the top left corner and occasionally glitches. I think the issue is more with the functionality of the app rather than someone not getting back to me. Which is why I’m here. The eternal loading icon appears in the RX section too—when I’m looking for my coverage, all I get is a loading circle. Overall, app has potential but is very glitchy and unresponsive right now! Please fix!
