I literally never pay into any of these games unless I’m able to win something and withdraw it first. I literally won $2 Off one $.10 spin that I got for my daily login. I have been passing time with it daily just trying to see if I’d get anywhere, and I did. Ik you don’t think $2 is anything to be happy about but if you think about how many people play these apps, and I’ve never paid money into it yet so it’s gotta say something to other skeptics like myself. Definitely love this game, literally play it everyday! Have cashed out multiple times and will probably continue playing if I can get my issue resolved. Giving it four stars because I am having an issue with contact from customer service. There is a customer service chat within the game but I have sent several messages to it and haven't gotten any response yet. The issue I'm having is I selected to purchase the bonus feature on a game and got an error message saying "something went wrong... try again" (which happens from time to time but I just refresh and everything is fine). Refreshed and tried to select to purchase bonus feature again but another error message popped up saying "not enough funds.." but the balance showed enough. Closed the game out and reopened it and the balance was reduced by the cost of the bonus feature even though I never played the bonus feature because of the error. Would love to have this resolved so I can continue enjoying this game!
