Started out pretty decent I’d win a little lose a little, I purchased all three sub packs and then all of a sudden when I go to log in my account is blocked.i use the link on the app to send an email to them. Over a period of 4 days I probably sent 15 and not one response. So I seen the link on fb for the game (website not app) so I contacted them through there. A day later and they said my account was banned for abnormal usage. I asked to elaborate and they declined to, I asked about my subs and they responded with your accounts is blocked that is all have a good day. So I responded with letting them know I had screen shots of all the messages and I Would start posting them on there social media pages etc, that got there attention but there response was they turned it over to r&d and they would get back to me. And then finally today almost 12 days later they responded back to say my phone had switched time zones and there protocol is to block the accounts when it happens. And there is no way to reactivate.
