I don’t understand how or why some people are having problems with this app…. Now I NEVER left a review for any gaming app or money making app until now. I’ve been going now for over a year going through so many survey apps and silly little gaming apps to try and make extra money and countless slot apps who all give you free SC to start and free daily SC to play. I always use the same method and try to build up 10$ in free SC before I start playing. If you try and play too soon I’ve noticed I ALwAYs lose the free SC. But not with this app I have NeVER put a penny into the game and been messsing around with it and originally thought it said you needed 1500$ to transfer to PayPal which is nuts but just last night I figured I’d check it out again and I only tried to cash out 12$ from my 87 I had built up in 2 weeks. So I did it at 9pm and woke up at like 1am am checked my PayPal and the money was there. So when I got up this morning at 5 I jumped right back on and I’ve already went up 50$!!! This app is no joke it is 100% legit and if you have an issue they get back to you within an hour through the chat in game. Now whether it’s an AI bot talking to you or not it’s still nice for them to get back so quick. Of course everyone’s experience with the games and customer support are all going to be different. It is a great casino. I just can’t believe I’m having such a hard time with the customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but to be treated like an idiot by your guys’s customer service is unacceptable. You guys can get a hold of me and fix this problem and I will be happy to get rid of this nasty post. Your guys’s customer service is refusing to accept the fact that your guys machine did not credit me for my free spin. It gave me the free spins, but it never credited me the money I won during the free spin I ask for what is rightfully mine and they refused to watch the replay whatever it might be, but you guys will be losing my account if this is not handled very soon and if and when you guys re-credit my account do what’s right don’t set the machine to where I automatically lose I just got done dealing with your guy’s customer support again. I said I want you guys to end my account or you guys are gonna make it right or just end in my account with you guys. I spent way too much money for you guys to sit here and play games with me like this I know when I win and I know when I lose, I want money you guys are refusing to pay me.
