Cool Spin Slots has always been one of my favorite apps, but I’m beyond frustrated right now. Since my last redemption on July 3rd, I’ve put in over $1,000 and haven’t seen a single decent win. I understand there are no guarantees with slots, but going two full months without anything back is pretty uncool. At this point, it doesn’t feel like “bad luck” anymore—it feels like the system is set up to just take, take, take. I’ve supported this app with my time and money, but the developers don’t seem to return that support or show any appreciation to loyal players. If something doesn’t change within the next couple of days, I’ll be deleting Cool Spin for good. I refuse to keep investing in an app that doesn’t give players even a fair shot at winning. Bottom line: Cool Spin could be amazing, but right now it feels like a cash grab.

I downloaded this casino, completed the verification process, and started to purchase the daily packages and new player bonuses. I played one slot and lost my money. No big deal as that is what happens when you gamble. So I go to make another purchase and the app tells me there is no recharge available for me and to contact support. So I contact support for the issue and am told by their AI bot that they don’t work on the weekends! So not only can I not make a purchase to attempt to win my money back I gotta wait until a human comes to work? This is a supposed to be a casino and folks want to play daily so I would think a casino would have customer service daily and I have never been told by a casino I cannot spend my money to play their slots. I am deleting this app and suggest anyone who reads this not to download this app. I can only imagine if I am having trouble making a purchase the trouble I would have redeeming winnings. These are real issues for a casino if you ask me!
