I will tell my personal experience. I was suffering from acne breakouts since I was 22years old. I tried several products but to no avail. I have been using the Wow products since a long time and in no time I turned into a returning customer. It’s all because of the quality of their product range which is far better when compared to the leading brands and moreover Wow products are free of harmful chemicals. Recently they have started providing a seeds packet in every order which is a good thing both for the nature and also for the customers like me who like to eat home grown food as it’s also free from harmful chemicals just like the Wow products. One thing I would like to see in Wow is bringing down the plastic containers used for the products either by innovating new packaging or by collecting back the empty containers from the customers through some sort of system which is reliable. When it comes to the app UI it’s quite user friendly. It would be great if we get to know how many loyalty points we have collected for our purchases before adding a product to our cart.

I placed an order for a product worth ₹999, which took forever to ship, because of which I requested a return, as I had to leave my initial delivery address soon. Then, assuming my first order would be canceled, I placed another order for the same thing for my new address. At this point, I realised my old order wasn’t being canceled, so I requested a cancellation for both, and made a new order to better fit my requirements. This order reached me immediately, while the older two were still “processing”. When I reverted regarding a cancellation, I was told that it would not be possible, and that my best bet is refusing to accept the first two orders when they arrive, which I did, and which lead to multiple weeks of back and forth. When finally I got the PO to return the product to origin, I never heard from WOW again. My refund of 2000 is still pending. It’s been more than three months.
