I am beyond frustrated with this company. My order was delayed for over two weeks without any explanation or proactive communication. I had to constantly reach out just to get vague responses—when I could get a response at all. The customer support is a complete joke: long wait times, unhelpful agents, and in some cases, no reply whatsoever. When I finally got through to someone, they acted like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience just one repeated statement i apologise for the experience but nothing can be done…. Its not in our hand i hope you understand?????? This experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. If you value your time, money, or sanity—avoid this company at all costs. And i should not forget to mention that i have yet not received the order…..

don’t buy anything from this app they are fraud I have ordered three items they have delivered only two and charged me with the full amount….. As the policies you cannot open the packet before taking the delivery….. Better to order from Naika or from any other beauty app if you want to buy but don’t buy from this app they have zero customer support service and fraud also they delivered my order in nine days I have ordered two princess bath and beauty combo set and one perfume for my daughter I have got only one perfume and one bath and body set…….

My first order was nearby me but they did not deliver 5-6 days. I got my product after complaining so many times. And we have to call several times then they answer your call. On my next order money got deducted from my bank account but order wasn’t placed. It’s been almost 15 days and haven’t got my money back. As I call their helpline they are saying it’s not related to them and you contact your bank, they have nothing to do with this problem. People should consider not to order from this app.
