Bareburger App

Have been ordering from Bareburger for a while: just started using their app: Great design, awesome usability, and it works great for placing quick pickup orders & saving time when getting Bareburger food items! The points benefit is also pretty awesome: and Bareburger is a great choice, for both eating healthy/getting into more plant-based choices, & their compostable/eco-friendly packaging, and vegan options are great for eating sustainably: definitely recommend! :)

The App is great it's quick and easy to use I love it❤️ The prices are ridiculous but when I can I order since they accommodate vegans perfectly which is hard to find sadly. If you want to eat a healthy vegan burger you have to spend over $13 but for anyone who eats meat can simply order off the dollar menu at McDonald's or pretty much go anywhere. The food is amazing the delivery was quick but if the prices were decent I would order a lot more often😊

I’m a Bareburger regular & the service/food are always top notch. I also love the fact that there’s a full vegan menu!! The app is nice but could definitely be made better. There needs to be an option to add things to your burger, sandwich, or salad. With the delivery option, there needs to be notifications so customers aren’t just waiting forever. I used the app today for delivery, so I could get points. After waiting an hour, I called only to find out there was an issue in the kitchen with my order. Even with the email confirmation there is no way to tell when the order would be delivered. The rewards are great, but had I used Seamless I would have my food or at least know when I’ll be getting it. Please do better & update this!!!
