We love Taim but on this recent order I had a birthday offer to get a free pita and the offer was good until the end of October but when I went to actually place my order just now and redeem the free pita coupon there was a message saying I couldn’t use it and now the offer is completely gone from my rewards account. So that was very frustrating and disappointing.

I picked up my order and the fries were burned the falafels were undercooked. Wow this never happened before usually when I order I enjoy the meal as it is now this meal was not very enjoyable. The drink was the only thing that I enjoyed. Hopefully going forward my experience will be better Thank you

App not loading since recent update. Was working prior with the old versions. Not sure what happened. Have full cellular service and WiFi working
