It doesn’t surprise me. My employer uses this company. I’ve never hit so many brick walls in the operating programs from said employer. This app is the most unfriendly user app. There is no absolute information given pertaining to creating a team on any given challenge. Like it should have a leader board with captain then all the participants that come on board. Shoot! It doesn’t even display the team name. It doesn’t explain how to achieve the prize other than “raffles” but then it doesn’t give info on how to get raffles! I literally had to google for info! Not much thought went into the creation of this app and it shows.

Required password change? But doesn’t let you do it with an iPhone password manager. Including the iCloud one. Also cannot paste your password in.

Whoever wrote their instructions did not try very hard. I ask customer service about the preventative exam rewards and the only information they can give me is the same page. I am literally looking at. There is no fine print, somehow a physical doesn’t count as a preventative, but only vaccines however it says that they are recommended not required for it. The only prerequisite according to them is the actual preventative exam- WHICH DOESNT COUNT?! Even a physical which is the definition of preventative care. Aka get your toxic shots or no rewards, even though it says you’ll get one. Apparently if you finish a journey before doing the health assessment for their data collection they don’t count either but I haven’t seen that written anywhere either. They have no phone number, no higher up to speak to, and hardly understand what I’m asking.
