I used Cirrus because I was having severe anxiety problems which turned out to be panic disorder. They got me on some drugs, but did not direct me to therapy or anything that would have actually helped me. The worst was that when I checked in to ask about my meds I thought I would not be charged, but was charged $60 for each day that I checked in. I tried to dispute the problem, but was told I had to send an email, which they never responded even after multiple attempts. I gave up and decided to pay after having received a final notice. Then their provided phone number no longer worked and their web site was having issues. After hours I was finally able to get my payment through. I sent multiple emails to all their support addresses. I still have not heard back from anyone.
They claim to be open 24/7. They are not. They have very limited hours. You can talk to somebody 24/7 but they can’t help you except during certain hours. And expect to be stuck in a chat with them for at least an hour. They are very slow. Also they don’t make follow up appointments. After you chat with them they will want to follow up with you but they will just try to contact you randomly through the app. And if you can’t answer within 10 minutes, if you’re not just available to drop anything you’re doing or stop working anytime they want to follow up, then they will just close the session and your notes. A simple follow up scheduled chat would be more efficient but they can’t be bothered.
Modas app, not this one, is one the most useless apps for getting anything you need. I found a link to this and was immediately counted to a doctor who helped me fill my prescription for a year. Asked all the regular questions a doctor would ask. Went extremely smooth! (The only thing is I don’t have a confirmation of that or my conversation so now I have to wait and see if my meds actually come) Will Update if they don’t.
