Error message should be clearer for incorrect ID

I would really love to use this system for fitness offered through my workplace, but I have to change my password every single time I log into the app OR the website. It turns out the reason for this is because I have been trying to log in with my email address, when I should be trying with a user ID that I set up when creating the account. I feel pretty dumb - but the error message isnโ€™t clear about what the problem is. Iโ€™ll bet thatโ€™s the issue plaguing the several other people who have reported password issues.

Doesnโ€™t recognize password

It tries to tell me that it doesnโ€™t recognize my password. I have to constantly reset my password to get into app. Needs to be debugged and fixed. Otherwise itโ€™s okay.
