This app helps me put my fitness routine first. A 7 minute workout a day is just nice to get your body moving during the day. As simple as the exercises may seem, they really make different parts of your body work. I’m happy to have this tool as motivation to put my health as a priority in my life.
I love this and I also have lost a lot of weight and I love that you get to pick what you want to do like if you want just to do are classes or if you what to do leg classes and the best part is it is your choice I would say if you are trying to lose weight go to this app and I have never been on the other things like the abs but I am sure they are great
